April 2026: Update to Freight & Fees Calculations
Starting May 1st, we are updating how negative AR values are handled in the Freight & Fees section on orders.
- Previously, negative values were treated the same as positive values.
- Moving forward, they will be applied as true negatives.
Here’s how allocations will behave:
- When FOB is toggled on the product lines:
- Positive allocation increases the total rate
- Negative allocation decreases the total rate
When Total Rate is toggled:
- Positive allocation decreases the FOB
- Negative allocation increases the FOB
This change ensures allocations behave more accurately based on their actual value.
This will only change orders Dated May 1, 2026 or after. Older orders will not be affected.
