Settings » Companies » Assets
To add a new Asset select the Add New Asset button.
| Field | Description |

| Asset Name | Identifying label for the asset. Minimum 2 characters. |
| Make | Manufacturer of the asset. Minimum 2 characters. |
| Model | Specific model of the asset. Minimum 2 characters. |
| Year | Production year of the asset. Minimum 2 characters. |
| VIN | Vehicle Identification Number. Minimum 2 characters. |
| Description | Additional details about the asset. Minimum 2 characters. |
| Asset Type | Select the asset type from the dropdown. Asset types are created in Settings » Assets » Asset Types. |
| Owner | Search and select the company (customer, vendor, or grower) that owns the asset. |
