0755 MST: Issue Resolved Fusionware is back up and fully stable. The disruption was caused by an unusually high volume of automated search requests that overloaded our database. We’ve blocked that traffic and rolled out additional monitoring so we can catch and stop this kind of spike automatically before it affects service.
0711 MST: Issue Discovered Fusionware experienced a service disruption caused by a spike in system usage. Our team identified the cause and began mitigation immediately.

1020 MST: Issue Resolved Appears to be an AWS issue that disrupted traffic to our servers. Fusionware is back up.
0951 MST: Issue Discovered Fusionware is down, the team is working to discover and fix the issue. Updates will be posted here.

0805 MST: Issue Resolved Cloudflare came back online and Fusionware is also back up.
0545 MST: Issue Discovered Fusionware is running but the internet is down for many websites.

1:40 PM MDT: Issue Discovered Having issues printing pallet tags and loading the Inventory Board. The team is working on a resolution.

10:41 AM MDT: Issue Resolved The printer library is back up and running.
9:11 AM MDT: The Fusionware team has been working to find alternate solutions for a temporary fix until the printer library service is back online. No eta.
7:59 AM MDT: Issue Discovered The printer library (an external service we use that supports PTI and Order Pallet Tag label) has an outage. We have contacted the company, Labelary, and do not have an eta when it will be back up.
