0951 MST: Issue Discovered Fusionware is down, the team is working to discover and fix the issue. Updates will be posted here.

0805 MST: Issue Resolved Cloudflare came back online and Fusionware is also back up.
0545 MST: Issue Discovered Fusionware is running but the internet is down for many websites.

1:40 PM MDT: Issue Discovered Having issues printing pallet tags and loading the Inventory Board. The team is working on a resolution.
April 08, 2024 PTI/Case Label & Order Pallet Tag Label Outage
10:41 AM MDT: Issue Resolved The printer library is back up and running.
9:11 AM MDT: The Fusionware team has been working to find alternate solutions for a temporary fix until the printer library service is back online. No eta.
7:59 AM MDT: Issue Discovered The printer library (an external service we use that supports PTI and Order Pallet Tag label) has an outage. We have contacted the company, Labelary, and do not have an eta when it will be back up.
