The Users > Settings tab (Settings > Misc. > Users) is the first tab on a user’s edit screen — sometimes referred to as the “User Settings” tab — and covers the account’s core profile, login, and role-based display fields. A handful of fields and flags below are only visible to editors with admin-level accounts (Company Admin or higher); a Company User editing another account may see a shorter list than what’s documented here.

Settings » Misc. » Users » Privileges
The Privileges tab controls exactly which pages, boards, buttons, and columns a given user can see in Fusionware. Each row below is one checkbox on that screen, listed alphabetically by section the way they appear on the page, with a plain-language explanation of what turning it on actually does.
Bold rows are section headers — some are a single standalone checkbox (e.g. Controller Board), others are a parent checkbox with numbered sub-privileges nested underneath it (e.

Users > Sub-Privileges tab (Settings > Misc. > Users) is primarily used to give a Vendor or Customer read-only user account access to their own orders — scoped down to just their own company or location, rather than everything on the board.
To grant access:
Select a Type (Vendor, Customer, etc.) Select the specific company or location from the Permission list Click the green + button to add it When added, it shows below the form, and can be removed individually at any time.

Settings » Misc. » Users » Column Display
The Column Display tab controls which columns show up in the grid for a given board when this user views it. Unlike the Privileges tab, these checkboxes don’t unlock a page — they just show or hide one column on a board that the user can already access. Columns are grouped by board and listed in the same order they appear on the page.

Settings » Misc. » Users » Notifications

Settings » Misc. » Users » Source Locations
To see and access inventory, along with accessing other features around inventory, users must have the Source Location (Shed) added that is tied to that inventory.
Example 1: A user is trying to load a truck but has errors when they try to add the inventory. In user settings under the Source Locations tab add the location of where the inventory was created at.

Settings » Misc. » Users » Signature
A signature is required for users that are sending documents to be signed by a driver.
Method 1: A signature can be added in the Signature tab under the user settings. The user will need a mobile number added to their user settings to receive a link to set their signature.
Method 2: In the Fusionware mobile app a user can go to their profile name and select it in the menu to create a signature in the mobile app.
