The Reports > Adapter Summary screen is the queue of everything Fusionware is sending — or trying to send — to your connected accounting/ERP system. It isn’t a financial statement; it’s a troubleshooting view for the sync itself, showing what’s queued, what’s stuck, and why.
This page covers what an “adapter” is, what the report shows, how to resolve stuck items, and a general overview of what Fusionware sends to accounting systems and how it gets matched to the right accounts.
On this page:
What Is an Adapter? The Adapter Summary Screen Resolving Stuck Items What Gets Sent to Accounting How Records Get Matched to Your Accounts Settings That Affect What Gets Sent Permissions What Is an Adapter? An adapter is the configured connection between your Fusionware account and one external accounting or ERP system — QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage, Odoo, or a few other supported platforms. It’s set up once, during integration onboarding, and from then on Fusionware uses it to push financial activity out automatically (or on request) so you don’t have to re-key orders, invoices, or settlements into your accounting system by hand.
Each customer account normally has one adapter, though AR (customer invoices) and AP (vendor/grower payables) can be routed to two different connections if your setup calls for it — see Settings That Affect What Gets Sent.
The Adapter Summary Screen Reports > Orders > Adapter Summary opens /reports/adaptersummary.
This screen lists every item currently in the outbound sync queue for your account — anything that hasn’t finished sending successfully yet, plus anything that’s stalled or failed.
Column Description Order Links back to the order on the Order Board, when the queued item is tied to one Type What kind of record this is — new order, customer invoice, grower/vendor settlement, adjustment, etc. (see What Gets Sent to Accounting) Status Where the item is in the sync process (see below) Message A short description of what happened — useful for spotting why something failed A search box at the top filters the list by order number or record type.
Status Meanings Status What It Means Not sent yet Queued, waiting to be picked up Running Currently being sent Item taking longer than normal It’s been running for a while without finishing — usually worth investigating Once an item sends successfully, it drops off this list — the report only shows items that are still pending or that failed, not your full sync history.
Row Actions Action What It Does Resend Puts the item back at the front of the queue to try again Delete Removes the item from the active queue. This does not undo anything on the accounting-system side — use it to clear out an entry you don’t need retried, not to reverse a transaction. Resolving Stuck Items A typical scenario: an order was placed or invoiced, but it’s still sitting in Adapter Summary instead of showing up in your accounting system.
Open Reports > Adapter Summary and search for the order number. Check the Status and Message columns: “Not sent yet” with no message usually just means it hasn’t been picked up yet — give it a moment. “Item taking longer than normal” or an explicit error message means something needs attention. A common cause of failures is a missing mapping — a customer, product, vendor, or location on the order that hasn’t been linked to its counterpart in your accounting system yet. Add the missing link under Settings > Order > Mappings, or check Settings > Order > Unmapped for a record flagged as unresolved. Once the underlying issue is fixed (mapping added, account corrected, etc.), click Resend on the row. It goes back into the queue and tries again. If it keeps failing after the mapping looks correct, contact support with the order number and the message shown — it may point to a configuration issue on the adapter itself. What Gets Sent to Accounting Fusionware doesn’t replace your accounting system — it summarizes the financial side of each order and pushes it over so it doesn’t have to be entered twice. As a general rule of thumb, these are the kinds of entries that get queued and sent:
Entry Type What It Represents New Order The order itself, once placed Customer AR The customer invoice for the order — accounts receivable Grower AP Grower settlement payables Vendor AP / Freight AP Vendor and freight payables tied to the order, one entry per vendor Freight Advance An advance payment issued to a carrier Customer / Vendor Adjustment Manual financial adjustments made against a customer or vendor Product Protest Quality-claim credits/adjustments The General Flow A financial event happens in Fusionware — an order is placed, a settlement is created, an adjustment is saved. Fusionware builds a package of the relevant lines: the AR side billed to the customer, and a separate AP block for each vendor or grower involved, along with the reference IDs your accounting system needs to recognize the customer, product, and vendor. That package is placed in the sync queue — the same queue shown on the Adapter Summary report. Your accounting system’s connection picks it up, creates the matching entry on that side, and reports back success or failure. On success, the entry drops off the Adapter Summary report and the order is marked as synced. On failure, it stays on the report with a message explaining what went wrong, and can be resent once resolved. When Entries Are Sent Fusionware doesn’t have a built-in “accrual” or “cash-basis” setting — there’s no toggle that changes timing based on your accounting method. What actually determines timing is the specific event each entry type is tied to, and that differs by entry:
Customer AR (the invoice) — Queued automatically at one specific point in the order lifecycle: when the order’s status changes to Invoiced (Pending → ... → Delivered → Ready to Invoice → Invoiced → Paid in Full). It is not sent when the order is placed, and not sent automatically at Delivered — Invoiced is a distinct, later step. It fires once per order this way; sending again after that requires a manual resend (Send to ERP on the order, or Resend on this report). Grower AP, Vendor AP, and Freight AP — Not tied to any automatic order-status event. Each is sent when someone clicks the corresponding button on the order’s Accounting Summary tab — Save Grower AP, Create Freight AP, or the per-vendor Send AP. Nothing about delivery, receiving, or order completion pushes these out on its own. Exception: if your adapter has AR/AP Separate turned on, any AP lines that haven’t been sent yet are automatically bundled in alongside the Customer AR entry the moment the order hits Invoiced — see Settings That Affect What Gets Sent. Freight Advances, Adjustments, and Product Protests — Same pattern as AP: each is sent when the corresponding action is taken (issuing the advance, saving the adjustment, recording the protest), not on any automatic schedule. If you book on an accrual basis, keep in mind:
Revenue lands in your accounting system on a fixed schedule tied to the Invoiced step — not order date, not ship date. If your policy expects revenue recognized earlier (e.g., at delivery), expect a gap between delivery and when the invoice entry actually syncs, since Invoiced is a separate, manual/administrative step from Delivered. Expenses (grower/vendor/freight AP) depend entirely on when your team sends them — there’s no automatic trigger tied to receiving product or completing the order. Recording the liability as soon as it’s incurred depends on your team sending the AP entry promptly. Each entry carries both the original order date and the invoice date (see below), so your accounting system has both available — but which one it actually posts as the transaction/GL date depends on how your integration is configured on the accounting side, not on Fusionware. If a specific GL date matters, confirm that mapping with support for your adapter. What’s Included in Each Entry Every entry includes an order header block and one or more line items. Field availability varies slightly by accounting system, but in general:
Order Header
Field Notes Order Number, PO Number Customer Includes the customer’s mapped ERP account reference Origin / Destination Location name, address, and mapped ERP reference Carrier Name, SCAC, DOT number, and mapped ERP reference Sales Terms / Pay Terms Order Date The date the order was originally placed Invoice Date The date the order reached Invoiced status — set once, at that transition Load / Ship / Delivery Dates Salesperson / Booked By Commodity Line Items — Customer AR / Invoice Entries
Field Notes Product Mapped to your accounting system’s item/product reference and GL account Order Qty, Shipped Qty, Delivered Qty, Invoiced Qty Tracked separately — these can differ if quantities were adjusted after the order was placed Rate / FOB, Total Line Items — Grower/Vendor/Freight AP Entries
Field Notes Vendor Mapped to your accounting system’s vendor reference Product or Item Mapped to the item’s GL account Quantity, Rate, Total Quantities, rates, and totals reflect what’s on the order at the moment the entry is sent — if a line item is adjusted after an entry has already synced, that change doesn’t retroactively update the entry that already went out. A new adjustment entry is what carries the change over.
How Records Get Matched to Your Accounts Two things work together to make sure a Fusionware order lands in the right place in your accounting system:
Mappings (Xrefs) — translate a Fusionware customer, vendor, product, location, carrier, etc. into the matching record your accounting system expects. This is the same mapping system behind Settings > Order > Mappings; it’s what generates the “missing mapping” errors seen on the Adapter Summary report. ERP Account — a reference on a product or item record that ties it to a specific account in your accounting system, so revenue and cost from that product post to the right place. This is set on the product/item itself, separately from the Mappings screens. If either is missing for something referenced on an order, the sync for that order will typically fail with a message pointing at the missing link.
Settings That Affect What Gets Sent These live on the adapter configuration itself (set up during onboarding — contact support to change them):
Setting Effect Send to ERP Master switch — whether this adapter is allowed to receive pushes at all Manual Push Only When on, entries don’t queue automatically as events happen — someone has to manually send or resend them AR/AP Separate When on, customer invoices (AR) and vendor/grower payables (AP) are routed to two different accounting connections instead of one Permissions Permission What It Controls Reports > Adapter Summary Access to the Adapter Summary report ",

We do have recommendations on equipment based on what we have seen other facilities use. Printers Once you create a print job in Fusionware your print dialogue window shows up and you can select any printer to print to that is connected to your computer. We recommend finding a local printer sales and servicing company for your industrial label printers and label supplies. If you are looking for a pallet or PTI tag printer you will want something that prints at least 4" wide & supports Windows/Mac printer drivers along with ZPL. Datamax, Zebra, and SATO “Industrial Thermal Printers” are popular brands that many of our customers use. You can do a Google search for new and used printers if you do not have a printer company you want to use. Scanners Hand scanners - These vary so it will depend on your setup and needs. You can do a Google or Amazon search for Barcode Scanners and there are lots of options. Android Scanners - There are a large variety of stand alone Android scanners that you can run our mobile application on. A minimum of a 5 inch screen and at least Android version 10 is recommended. They usually have a Zebra or some other scanning component attached to the device. Do a Google or Amazon search for “Android Barcode Scanners 5 inch”. Phones An alternative to buying a scanner is to use any iPhone or Android phone and scan with the camera while in the mobile app. Scales Fusionware can integrate with your truck or pallet scale. Please contact sales for pricing information.
Qualifications:
Your scale must have the ability to do a constant output and have a serial port. How it works:
We connect a small computer, a Raspberry Pi, to your scale through the serial port. The Raspberry Pi needs access to power and the internet. Once connected to the scale and the internet, the Raspberry Pi communicates weights to Fusionware. Enter a quantity in the input box next to it. Click one of the three action buttons: Green “+” — Adds inventory Red “−” — Removes inventory Yellow pencil — Removes inventory without adjusting price In the “Adjust Inventory” modal that opens, pick a Type (reason code) and add Notes, then confirm. Every adjustment is logged — click See This Month’s Packaging Logs on any item to see its running balance for the month. Use this method when packaging stock needs to be corrected or added without a formal receiving document.
Way 2 — Receive It on a Finished Goods Receivable Go to Boards > Receivables and click Add Receivable. Set the Type dropdown to Finished Goods. This switches the product picker to a general product search, so you can select a packaging item as the line item instead of a regular product. Fill in the receivable as normal — lot number, reference number, driver/truck, and receiving location. Check the receivable in. Because the receivable type is Finished Goods and the item is a packaging product, checking it in adds the quantity to packaging inventory at that location automatically. Use this method when packaging is arriving from a vendor and you want it tied to a proper receiving record.
Note: These are the only two ways to create packaging inventory. General inventory-entry tools used for product inventory won’t accept packaging.
Where Else Packaging Shows Up in Reports Reports > Inventory — Use the Inventory Type filter and select Packaging to filter the standard inventory report down to packaging rows only (lot, location, qty, weight, etc.). Reports > Grower Settlements — Shows a Has Packaging column (marks products that have packaging assigned), a Packaging Rate column, and a Packaging Total line in the summary — reflecting the packaging cost deducted from the grower for packed inventory. This allows a manager to assign and prioritize order fulfillment for each order. Once an order has been created, but has no inventory assigned to it, it shows up on the Production Planning screen. Each order can be assigned to a Production Line. Each order can be given a priority for fulfillment. This could be used to manage floor personnel so they always know what is to be produced next. Each order can then have inventory created and assigned to it. Finally, the inventory simply needs to be loaded inside the order, on the Order Board, or on the Shipping Board, to complete the order fulfillment. ",

Inventory Headings Description - Click The Image To Expand PO Orders This allows you to show and hide product coming in on a purchase order. Arrived Only This allows you to only show what is needed for the trucks that have already arrived. Fulfilled This will show or hide the orders that have already been fulfilled. Lot Numbers This shows the detail of the product by lot and pack date. On Hold Inventory This shows or hides the inventory that has been put on hold. Select Groupings This allows you to group the products by the different Product settings (Commodity, Variety, Size, Style, Grade, Label) Columns Description - Click The Image To Expand “Ord” Ordered Shows the orders shipping for each product for each day. You can select the numbers in blue and a modal will pop up so you can see all the orders with that product shipping that make up that total. Ship Shows what products have shipped today. This only shows for toady and for products that have been loaded onto an order that has a ship date of today. This ignores the order status. Inv. Bal The Inv. Bal (Inventory Balance) column takes the Onhand inventory amount plus the amount coming in on the PO, minus the Ord and Ship amounts. For 02/29/24 you can see the totals that are in the black, indicating there is enough product to fulfill the orders for that day for that product. The negative numbers in red show how much product is required for that day to fulfill the orders shipping on that day. There is enough product to fulfill the orders for 02/29/24 for the 10/5 Russets and 16/3 Red Onions. However, for Friday 03/01/24 there are additional orders that put the product inventory into the red. To expand the number of days (up to 7 days ahead) select the number of days you would like to see projected in the dropdown at the top of the screen. “Proj” Projected The Proj (Projected) column is a production estimation that allows you to select any day you produced products and project out what that will do for your upcoming week if you produce that same amount each day. In this example, the Produced On is set for a day that the 10/5 Russets produced 50 units. It then is projected that you are going to produce that same amount for today. It is then added to your current inventory totals for today in the Proj column. Every day of the week the Projection is that you will produce 50 units of that product every day and it is then added to the Proj total. If there are orders shipping on that day it will deduct those totals from the projected amount. This will help you to estimate how much of each product you will need each day based on a previous day that you ran. It can be especially helpful to use the “Select Grouping” to group similar sized products together. An example here would be to group all your 10/5 Russets, instead of just the Walmart label, to project what you can produce for all your 10/5 labels.
The Inventory Sales Board is a single grid showing what’s on hand, by location and product attribute, alongside what’s already been committed to open orders — so you can see real availability at a glance and sell straight off of it without leaving the page.
This page covers what the board shows, how to read a size cell, how the filters change the numbers, and how to attach inventory to an order (new or existing) directly from the grid.
On this page:
The Inventory Sales Board Screen Reading a Size Cell Filters Sorting Selling From the Grid Working With an Active Order Keeping the Data Current Permissions The Inventory Sales Board Screen Boards > Inventory Sales opens /boards/inventory/sales.
Each row is a unique combination of Location and product attributes (Variety, Style, Master Style, Grade, Label, Storage, Region, Special Instructions — plus Commodity, if your account tracks it). Each column past those attributes is a size, and the board only lists sizes that actually have inventory or open order quantity somewhere in the data.
The bottom row of the grid is a sticky totals row that sums every size and the grand total across all currently visible rows, so it stays in view as you scroll.
Reading a Size Cell Every size cell that has inventory or order activity shows up to three stacked numbers, color-coded to match the legend at the top of the page:
Color Label What It Means Blue On Hand Total inventory quantity currently at that location for that product/size Green Available (+) On Hand minus open order quantity — there’s more than enough on hand to cover what’s already committed Red Available (-) Same calculation, but open orders exceed what’s on hand — this size is oversold Purple Aged The portion of On Hand that’s older than the Aged filter setting A cell that has any open orders against it (visible via its Available number) is bolded and shows a pointer cursor — it’s clickable to view or edit those orders. See Selling From the Grid.
Filters Filter What It Does Days Out Only counts open orders whose load date falls within this many days from today (0–90) when calculating Available. Orders loading further out than this window aren’t subtracted from availability yet. Aged Sets the cutoff, in days, for the purple Aged number — inventory received longer ago than this many days (0–90) is counted as aged. Location Restricts the board to a single location. Leave blank to see every location you have access to. Search Filters rows by Location, Variety, Style, Master Style, Grade, Label, Storage, Region (and Commodity, if shown). Requires at least three characters before it starts filtering. Changing Days Out, Aged, or Location re-fetches the data immediately. Search filters the data already loaded in your browser, so it’s instant.
Sorting Click any column header to sort by that attribute — click again to reverse direction, and a third click clears the sort. The arrow next to the header name shows the current direction.
Selling From the Grid Clicking a size cell behaves differently depending on whether that cell already has open orders against it:
No Open Orders on That Cell Clicking opens the standard Create Order flow with the product and origin location pre-filled from the row you clicked — the product picked automatically if only one product matches those attributes, or a dropdown if more than one does. Fill in quantity and rate as normal to create the order.
Cell Already Has Open Orders Clicking opens a modal listing every order currently drawing from that size cell. For each order you can:
Adjust the quantity or rate/FOB on an existing product line Switch a product line to a different matching product Add a brand-new product line to that order, using the product/qty/rate fields at the top of that order’s table Closing the modal refreshes the board automatically if anything changed.
Working With an Active Order The Active Order field (top right) lets you point the whole board at one order so every cell click adds inventory to it directly, instead of opening the create/add modal each time:
Type or paste an order number into Active Order and it resolves to that order (a green “order set” confirmation appears, or a warning if the number isn’t found). With an active order set, clicking any size cell adds that product/quantity to the active order right away — the grid header and rows get a highlighted “active” style as a reminder. The link icon next to the field opens that order on the Order Board in a new tab. Click the circle-remove button to clear the active order and go back to the normal per-cell create/add behavior. This is the fast path for building out one order across many locations or sizes without repeatedly reopening the order modal.
Keeping the Data Current The board doesn’t auto-refresh. Two things tell you when it might be stale:
Last updated (top right of the grid) shows how long ago the data was pulled, and updates every 30 seconds. “New data available” appears next to it if another user adds or changes an order line that affects inventory while you’re on the page. Click the refresh button next to the Active Order field to reload the grid at any time.
Permissions Permission What It Controls Inventory Sales Board Access to the Boards > Inventory Sales screen ",

It now uses the same permissions as the web app to decide what to show and enable.
Go to: Settings > User Settings > Privileges. Give the user the same Board and permission access there that you’d give them for the equivalent feature on the web app — the mobile app will show and enable the matching parts of the app for them.
For example, if a user needs to move inventory in the mobile app, they need access to the Inventory Board in their privileges — same as on the web.
Signatures — Access to Signatures (the tile, bottom tab, and drawer item) requires the Order Board or Order Get permission. Signing from an Order and setting your own signature from Profile are unaffected.
Carrier field — The Carrier field on Receiving > Details is now visible to everyone, matching the web app.
Barcode Scanner Settings Click to expand Step Description - Click on Pictures to Expand More Button Select the “More” button in the lower right of the mobile app and select the “Has Scanner” or “No Scanner” to toggle the scanning settings. Has Scanner If your device has a built in scanner toggle the button to Has Scanner and when in barcode scanning sections of the app this is the display you will see. Make sure the curser is in the “Scan Inventory” field before pressing your scan gun trigger. No Scanner If your device just uses its built in camera, toggle the button to “No Scanner” and when in barcode scanning sections you will see your camera’s viewfinder in the scan inventory field. Camera Scanner What scanning with a camera looks like. Tip If you are trying to scan on a screen or through shrink wrap, using a camera to scan works best. A barcode scanner that projects a solid red line will not read a barcode on a screen or through shrink wrap, typically. To toggle on a scan gun on your device go to the main page and select “More” and click the “No Scanner” button and it will change to “Has Scanner”. Pallet layout and inventory/pallet info will display at the bottom of the screen once loaded. Split Pallet Select “Split” to split the next tag you scan. Split Pallet Screen Type in the number of units you are removing from a pallet to create a new pallet. Select “Split” to load the new amount onto the order. Pallet Layout The split pallet has been added to the order and a new pallet # created for the split pallet. Remove Pallet To remove a pallet from an order select the “X” on the inventory item. If it was a split pallet then a warning will pop-up to ask if you want to rejoin the pallet with its parent. You only have the option to re-join this pallet with its parent pallet. To keep it separate and remove it from the order, you will need to do this on the web application because a new tag will need to be printed for it. Stack Pallets Select the “Stack” option to stack one pallet on another. Typically done with a stack and split combination. It will stack on the most recent pallet you have previously loaded on the order. Stacked Pallet Layout A stacked pallet will show up in blue. You must remove this stacked item before removing the pallet underneath it.
What’s New Sign Up HERE To Receive Fusionware Website Updates & Announcements August 2026: Mobile App Now Uses Web Permissions The mobile app no longer relies on its own separate set of “Mobile” permissions — it now checks the same permissions used on the web app to decide what to show and enable. The Carrier field on Receiving > Details is now visible to everyone, matching the web app, which has never restricted this field. Access to Signatures (the tile, bottom tab, and drawer item) now requires the Order Board or Order Get permission instead of a separate mobile-only signature permission. If a user only had the old mobile signature permission, they’ll need Order Board or Order Get to keep seeing Signatures — signing from a Order and setting your own signature from Profile are unaffected. All other mobile screens and features continue to work the same for users whose permissions haven’t changed. August 2026: Mobile App - Generate & Send Order Documents Orders in the mobile app now have a Documents dropdown, matching the option already available on the web app. Selecting a Document title generates the document and lets you send it by email directly from your device, with the document attached — the same as generating and sending it from the web app. This is the first phase of bringing document generation to mobile — receiving documents (such as scale tickets) are planned for future development. August 2026: Mobile App - Error Messages for Failed Saves & Deletes The mobile app now shows a visible error message when a save or delete fails, instead of silently doing nothing or reverting your change. This covers changing the Truck or Driver on a Receiving, creating a Company, creating a Contact, creating an Order, and deleting a Receiving. If deleting a Receiving fails, you’ll now see an error and stay on the receivable — a “Successfully Deleted” message only appears when the delete actually succeeds. August 2026: Mobile Receiving - Terminology & Carrier Sub-Privileges The Destination label on the mobile receiving add screen has been standardized to Receiver/Destination, matching the label already used on the receiving edit screen and the web app. Carrier is now a sub-privilege controlled field in mobile receiving edit — users with carrier sub-privileges will only see and select carrier values they have access to. Users without carrier access see a clear empty state instead of an unrestricted list of carriers. August 2026: Order Documents - New Permission to Hide A new User Settings permission now controls whether a user can see the Documents access points on orders — this permission is checked on by default, so nothing changes unless it’s turned off for a user. Turning the permission off hides the documents dropdown option on the Orderboard, the green Documents button inside the Order and the Documents tab for that user. Users with the permission continue to see and use the Documents options as they do today. August 2026: Forms Button on Field Lot Details The Fields Details page now shows a Forms button for field lots for customers who have permission to tie forms to field details. The button is located on the far right of the lot line next to the delete button. August 2026: Support Site Full-Site Search The search bar on the Support Site now searches the entire site — every page, section, and article — instead of only what’s currently on screen. Start typing and a dropdown appears with matching results as you go, along with a short preview of where each match was found. Results are ranked so exact page and section name matches show up first, with matches found only in the body text showing further down. Selecting a result opens it in a new tab, so the page you started on stays right where you left it. July 2026: Mobile App - Receiving Post Create Flow & Label Update After creating a receiving in the mobile app (with Pinned not selected), you’re now taken directly into the receiving detail screen to enter Heavy/Light weight, instead of having to close out and search the list for the ticket you just created. If Pinned is selected, you’ll stay on the create receiving screen, and can still open the recently created receiving from the list at the bottom. The “Destinations” label on the first screen has been renamed to Receiver/Destination to match the terminology already used once a receiving is opened, and on the web app. Tool tip text has been added below the pin to help clarify which option you have selected. July 2026: Mobile App - Delete Button on Inventory Pallet Tags Added a Delete button to the inventory pallet tag page in the mobile app. Delete only appears when the pallet is On Hand and not linked to a receiving. If the pallet came from a receiving that’s still active, an Edit Receiving button shows instead, taking you to that receiving where it can be deleted — the same behavior as on the web app. Deleted pallets will show as deleted on the Inventory Report on the web app. July 2026: Foreign Currency Support Companies can now display foreign-currency amounts alongside your home-currency values on orders — this is presentation-only and does not change your books or ERP exports. This feature must first be turned on for your company by Fusionware. Contact support to have it enabled. Once enabled for your company, your user must also be granted two permissions before the new setting is visible: Settings > Exchange Rates and Settings > Exchange Rates > Edit. A Fusionware super admin sets these on your company’s permission list, and they also need to be checked on your individual user (Settings > Users). With permissions in place, turn it on from Settings > Company Profile: set your Home Currency and switch Use Exchange Rates to Yes. Home Currency can only be set once. Once enabled, a new Exchange Rates page appears under Settings > Orders > Exchange Rates, where rates are fetched automatically each day or can be entered/overridden manually. Set a Default Currency on a company (Settings > Companies) to see foreign amounts on orders with that company — a grey second line appears under FOB, Total Rate, Cost, Profit, Total, and Freight showing the converted amount, with the rate and date shown on hover. July 2026: Confirmation Prompt for Order Number & PO # Changes Editing the Order Number on an order now prompts to confirm updating the pickup number on all product lines and in the Locations Tab to match. Editing the PO # now prompts to confirm updating the Delivery PO # in the Locations Tab to match. Choosing “No” keeps the existing pickup numbers / Delivery PO # unchanged. If Delivery PO # is blank, entering a PO # will autofill it with no prompt. Please note we are working on a setting to turn this new feature on/off July 2026: Mobile Receiving - Weight Display Preference Mobile app receiving now respects the user’s Weight Display type setting from the web app, instead of always showing pounds. This applies to the main receiving weight display, the Heavy/Light/Net weight modals, and the Receiving Items tab. Weights are still saved in pounds behind the scenes — this only changes how they’re displayed and entered. June 2026: Mobile App - Order Status Change A new Order Status change option has been added to orders in the mobile app. Manually updating of the order status is available to users with order edit privileges. Click Here to View June 2026: Bulk Apply Payments A new $Payments option has been added to the navbar for users with the “Accounting” box checked on their user settings. Click Here to View Clicking it opens the Bulk Apply Payments modal where you enter a check number and amount, then filter invoiced orders by date range and customer. The system automatically pre-selects orders from the top down to consume the full check amount — you can adjust the selection and the remaining balance updates dynamically. The Apply button stays disabled until the full check amount is allocated ($0.00 remaining). Once applied, fully covered orders are marked Paid in Full and partial payments are recorded on the remaining orders. Click Here to View May 2026: Shipper Flag Support in Auto Fees You can now set a Shipper Flag directly from an Auto Fee rule. This option is only available on rules configured as AP type — the flag option is disabled for all other rule types. Select “Is Shipper” in the freight and fees section on the auto fee to enable. When an AP rule with a Shipper Flag is applied to an order, the flag will be automatically set or cleared based on the rule configuration. April 2026: Update to Freight & Fees Calculations Starting May 1st, we are updating how negative AR values are handled in the Freight & Fees section on orders.
Previously, negative values were treated the same as positive values. Moving forward, they will be applied as true negatives. Here’s how allocations will behave:
When FOB is toggled on the product lines: Positive allocation increases the total rate Negative allocation decreases the total rate When Total Rate is toggled:
Positive allocation decreases the FOB Negative allocation increases the FOB This change ensures allocations behave more accurately based on their actual value.
This will only change orders Dated May 1, 2026 or after. Older orders will not be affected.
April 2026: Inventory Pool Tracking Now Flows Through Production We’ve added support for Pool tracking when dumping inventory into a source, so this data now carries all the way through your production process on Finished Inventory.
Click to View how it works What’s New
Inventory created with a Pool will now retain that Pool when: Dumped into a source Moved through the source queue Processed on production lines Created as finished goods How It Works
When inventory is created on a receiving and assigned a Pool When that inventory is dumped into a source, the Pool is now stored with that source data As production runs, the Pool flows through just like: Lot Storage Lot The final produced inventory will carry the correct Pool value Why This Matters
Maintains full traceability from unfinished inventory to finished goods Keeps Pool data consistent across your entire workflow Reduces manual tracking and potential data gaps This is now built into the standard inventory and production flow once Inventory Pools are added.
Inventory Pools are created in Settings » Inventory » Inventory Pools April 2026: New Company Country Default When creating a new company (customer, vendor, grower) the Country defaults to United States instead of being blank. April 2026: Receivings Inventory Pool ID’s (Inventory Pools are created in Settings » Inventory » Inventory Pools) Pool id’s can be assigned to a receiving. This is to tie all the related inventory to that pool/receiving. Updating the pool id on a receiving will update all receiving inventory items on that receiving. You can still go change individual receiving inventory pool id’s but any change to the main receiving pool id will override individual inventory pool id’s on that receiving that might have been changed. April 2026: Inventory Pool ID’s on Orders (Inventory Pools are created in Settings » Inventory » Inventory Pools) Inventory added to an order with a pool id, will now show that id in the Traceability tab. The pool id can be adjusted here, on the inventory details, or all the way back on the original receiving it came from. Updating the pool id from the receiving will update it all the way down to the order level in the traceability tab. Updating the pool id in the traceability tab or on an individual inventory item will not update the receiving’s main pool id. April 2026: Mobile App Bugs Addressed There were several bugs (new and old) that have been addressed in the mobile app. iOS and Android fixes have been sent to the app stores, please make sure you are using the latest version for your device. April 2026: Password Reset Email Update When doing a password reset from the login page, the email now comes from: no-reply@identity.fusionware.com March 2026: Label Groups We have added the option to create a Label Group in the Product Settings. The Label Group has also been added as an option in the Auto Fees. You can assign several labels to a label group. When you add that group to an Auto Fee, as long as a product with one of those labels is on an order, it will apply that label group Auto Fee trigger. March 2026: Variety Groups We have added the option to create a Variety Group in the Product Settings. The Variety Group has also been added as an option in the Auto Fees.
